Personal Bests Are Workout Specific

Changing the order of exercises increases or decreases the likelihood of hitting a personal best within any given workout.


The fatigue from earlier exercises will impact the performance of later exercises. Doesn’t mean you have got stronger. Doesn’t mean you have got weaker.

It’s just a different test.
