A tricky question with a minefield of different opinions and arguments at play. Low carb? Low fat? High protein? Amazonian berries? To be honest there is no definitive answer. For me, the answer always begins with eating real food. By getting rid of all the sugars, refined carbohydrate, processed fats and artificial food products in your diet and switching to plant and animal foods from good sources you will make a powerful leap towards long lasting health (and more than likely better fitting clothes!)
