- Start sitting down on the floor with your legs out in front of you
- Bend one knee and cross that leg over the other
- Use your arm as pivot and rotate away from the bent leg
- Your other arm acts as a balance support
- Rotate as far as you can, breathe deeply and relax into the stretch
- Repeat on both sides
