The reverse crunch is an excellent core training drill which demands a good combination of strength and stability from your torso and hips. You will need a suitable surface for fitness slides to work on.
- Place some fitness/furniture sliders underneath your feet
- Adopt a push up position
- Smoothly slide your knees up to your chest
- Don't let your hips drop or rise as you do this
- Slowly and under control return your feet to the starting position
