The incline row is an excellent exercise for developing a foundational level of strength and conditioning in the pulling muscles of the upper back and arms. Grip hold of a bar or suspension trainer and lean back until your arms are straight and your body is at approximately 45 degrees. Keeping your elbows tight to your body pull your body up towards the bar / suspension trainer. Pause then slowly lower to the start position. The more upright your body the easier the exercise and vice versa.
