- Adopt a strong push up posture with hands under shoulders
- Maintaining this posture drive one knee up towards your chest
- Don’t let your foot touch the ground
- Reverse to the starting position then repeat with the other knee
- Maintain posture throughout the exercise
- Don't let your hips pike up or drop down
- Continue at a steady rhythmic pace
