After a couple of hours of weeding, digging borders, turning over the soil, mowing the grass and planting some handsome looking flowers any garden can be made to look reasonably presentable. The problem is, it doesn’t stay that way. If neglected the weeds soon return, the flowers wilt and the whole display slides back into disrepair.
Our own biology is little different.
Going through a short term four, six, twelve (insert your number of choice) transformation program is like spending an afternoon slaving away in the garden. It can produce some great results but it can never be a one-way ticket to your final destination. Return to a life on the sofa and all your strength, stamina and flexibility will vanish shortly after.
Staying in great shape is a lifelong journey!
