Are you struggling to perform a decent set of full range push ups?
No problem… shrink the challenge.
Use a stack of books (or yoga bricks) to bring the ground to you. Slowly lower until your torso gently touches the stack before smoothly returning to the start position.
This limits the range of motion required to complete the exercise and reduces time spent in the biomechanically harder portions of the move.
Over time reduce the height of your stack.
