How Can You Tell If You Are Getting Fitter?

Step on the scales, measure your waist, compare before and after photos… each will provide feedback as to how your body is changing in response to exercise.

However none of the above will provide any indication that you are getting fitter.

For that I recommend one simple thing...

Keep a workout journal

Use it to record your scores and compare them to your previous weeks efforts.

Are the numbers going up?

Good job. You are getting fitter!
