Couch potato to Olympic hero. Takeaway machine to lean and green. The all or nothing mindset dominates the fitness landscape.
For some of us it works… awesome! For many others it’s a total bust.
It may lack the marketing sway of a challenge, blitz or detox but an alternative (and much more reasonable) approach to getting in shape is small manageable changes which stack up and compound over time.
Sure it could take a little longer.
But it might just last.
